Monday, October 19, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. to Monday, October 26, 2026 at 8:00 p.m.
Confirm You’re on the Voters List
Make sure you're on the Voters List! Make sure your name and mailing address are correct.This helps ensure the Voters List is accurate making it easier and more efficient for voters heading to the polls.
Note:Your Voter Notification Cards will arrive in in the mail in mid-September before the advance voting days begin in early October.
2. Check Your Mail
You will receive a Voter Instruction Letter by mail with your PIN and Voting Instructions.
Note: Wait for your Voter Instruction Letter to arrive in the mail 3-4 business days before the voting period begins.
If you do not receive your letter by October 9, contact the Township at 613.474.2863
3. Vote Your Way
Use your phone, tablet, or computer to vote online in minutes or in person.

Vote Online: Details found within the voter instruction letter
Vote by Telephone: Call the number in your letter and follow the prompts.
Vote in Person (Help Centre): 89 Limerick Lake Road, Gilmour, ON.
(Staff can assist you using a Township device)
Note: You need your PIN to vote, you can vote anytime during the voting period and do not need to wait until the last day to vote.
